Purposeful Leaders Program (Online)
Since 2021, Future Female Leaders has supported young women to become confident, curious and compassionate leaders. We’ve created the Purposeful Leaders Program to give young female leaders an opportunity to go deeper – to step into a more intentional, purpose-led leadership journey that helps them understand who they are, what they care about, and how they want to lead.
Message from the FFL Founders
We remember hitting the workforce out of high school and something strange happening.
Feeling unprepared. Out of our depth. In a whole new world we didn’t quite know how to navigate. Algebra hadn’t prepared us for this. That frog we dissected in science wasn’t feeling too helpful right now.
We created this program because it is everything and more that we wish that we had in high school. Empowering future change makers to know themselves. Back themselves. Foster relationships. Understand their own purpose. Lead with passion, authenticity and empathy.
Founded by women, championed and supported by women, FOR women. And whether you are looking to invest, sponsor, mentor or collaborate in another way – we know that there is room for us all at the table when it comes to creating a better world.

About the FFL Signature Program
Our 6-month Signature Program enables and empowers female Year 11 high school students, our female leaders of tomorrow, by equipping them NOW with the skills, experiences and conversations they need to succeed in a complex, uncertain and ambiguous world. A world where they CAN and WANT to be the difference. Be the game changers. Be the dreamers AND the doers.

Being a part of this program has inspired me in so many ways from meeting other young women and learning to network, to planning my social project. I have found ways to use my strengths in a meaningful way and developed skills I didn’t even know I had. The content in the tutorials and the social enterprise aspect have taught me how to step out of my comfort zone and lead with direction, with accountability and clear communication.
