Karen Dennett
Karen is a business educator, entrepreneur, mum, author, and the Founder and Director of Engaging Education.
Karen established Engaging Education with the belief in the power of connection; that learning can be enriched; horizons can be broadened and seeds can be planted to empower young people for the future. Since 2017 she has created meaningful learning experiences, including the Student Business Conference, Industry Engaged, Be the Difference, young enterprise projects, plus teacher professional currency and development events.
Today, she is more driven than ever to connect, engage and empower.
Karen shares her journey, vision and why in the upcoming book, The Women Changing the World, which she was invited to Co-Author this year.


Claire Seeber
Claire is a Career and Leadership Coach, Speaker, Facilitator, Podcast Host and Founder of Eating your Cake too – a business on a mission to elevate women globally into game-changing career and leadership positions that they love.
With over 15 years in People, Culture and Communications, Claire has worked with, or for some of the world’s most well-known brands across a wide range of businesses and industries globally including:
NBC Universal, Fortescue Metals Group, Chevron, Superdry, Hush Puppies and Colgate-Palmolive.
Claire believes that the world needs more heart. More humour. And a greater ability to have real and honest conversations. Human to Human.
Claire has supported hundreds of driven, ambitious and laser focussed women (and men!) become better leaders, more courageous individuals, and more in control of their own career success. Claire believes that when we can understand ourselves better, we are more able to drive sustainable change in our teams, our businesses and ourselves.


Emma Burdett
A business strategist by trade and creative soul by nature, Emma is the founder and friendly leader of 23Fathoms – More than Digital Marketing.
You could say that she’s one of the most positive, intelligent, down to earth, enthusiastic and energetic business women you’ll ever meet.
When she isn’t diving and exploring what’s under the surface of our oceans, she is deep diving into what makes small businesses tick and is on a mission to reduce the overwhelm they face when it comes to growth marketing.
Starting her career in banking and working with many clients in male prominent industries over the last decade, Emma has experienced first hand the hurdles for female leaders. She is highly passionate about helping to develop our future female leaders and unleash their impact.
