Celebrating Future Leaders: Adoley, Mollie & Nina Shine as Zonta Finalists
We are incredibly proud to celebrate three outstanding graduates from our 2025 Signature Program, who have been named finalists for the prestigious Zonta International Young Women in Leadership Award.
This remarkable achievement reflects not only their dedication and passion but also the meaningful impact they are making in their communities. Each of these young women is leading with purpose, driving change, and inspiring others along the way.
Adoley: Empowering Voices in Remote Communities
In our 2025 Signature Program, Adoley launched her social impact project called ‘Rural Reach Out’, supporting learners in remote areas, ensuring they have access to opportunities that help shape a brighter future. Her work focuses on amplifying rural voices and creating pathways for meaningful, long-term change in regional communities. Through her efforts, she is helping bridge gaps in access and empowering individuals to thrive, no matter where they are located.
Mollie: Championing Sustainable Agriculture
Mollie’s passion for sustainability is evident in her advocacy across Western Australia’s Wheatbelt region. Through her social impact project, Ecofields Sustainable Agriculture, developed as part of the 2025 Future Female Leaders Signature Program, she promoted environmentally responsible farming practices and supports local communities in building a more sustainable future. Her ongoing work in this field not only benefits the land, but also strengthens the resilience of regional agriculture for generations to come.
Nina: Bringing Comfort Through Creativity
Nina has made a heartfelt impact through her initiative, Hearts in Yarn, where she creates handmade stuffed animals for children in the cancer wards at Perth Childrens’ Hospital. Each piece is crafted with care, offering comfort, warmth, and a sense of companionship to young patients during challenging times. Her compassion and creativity bring light into the lives of many families.
As finalists for the Zonta International Young Women in Leadership Award, Adoley, Mollie, and Nina exemplify what it means to lead with empathy, innovation, and purpose. Their stories remind us that leadership comes in many forms, and that even small actions can create lasting change.
We wish each of them the very best in the finals. Your FFL community is cheering you on every step of the way!
