Confidence can feel like something you either have or you don’t. But in reality, it’s something that grows through small moments, support, and experience.
That’s why we’re really pleased to be partnering with Dress for Success Western Australia – a local not-for-profit organisation doing extraordinary work to support women across WA to build confidence, overcome barriers, and create brighter futures.
Their philosophy is simple but powerful:Confidence starts with feeling comfortable in your own skin. You show up differently. You back yourself more.
Through their styling services, career support, and holistic approach to empowerment, Dress for Success is helping women step into opportunities with self-belief and pride.
This aligns deeply with our mission at Future Female Leaders – to equip young women with the mindset, skills, and support networks they need to lead with purpose. Confidence plays a huge role in that.
A Community Partnership for Good
As part of this partnership, the 20 participants in our Signature Program will receive a personalised styling experience with Dress for Success. Each participant will spend 90 minutes one-on-one with a professional stylist, gaining practical guidance on presenting confidently in interviews, the workplace, and beyond.
They’ll learn how to present themselves in a way that feels authentic.
Each participant will leave with two full outfits, along with shoes, accessories, and essentials, plus a self-care pack. Althought it’s not really about the clothes. It’s about helping someone feel ready, capable, and comfortable stepping into new opportunities.
When participants go on to reach milestones like landing a job or achieving a personal goal, they’ll also be invited back to receive additional outfits. It’s a way of continuing that support as they move forward.
Extending the impact across our FFL Community
We’re also extending this partnership to our broader network, including all members of our FFL Community.
Our mentors, investors, and Alumnae will have access to discounted styling sessions, making it easier for more women in our community to access this kind of support.
