Expression of Interest: Signature Program Manager (Contract)

We are seeking expressions of interest for a Signature Program Manager (contract) to oversee the management and delivery of our 2026 Signature Program.
We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive professional to deliver our 2026 Signature Program – a six-month transformational experience for Year 11 girls combining workshops, mentoring, webinars with industry leaders, coaching, and a social impact project.
This is a fixed-term contract role (Feb – Sept 2026, ~10 hours/week) with in-person event delivery (4 events across Perth) and remote work flexibility. You’ll be the go-to person for participants, mentors, investors, schools, and facilitators – ensuring every touchpoint is seamless, engaging, and impactful.

Project Scope Summary
- Overseeing the management and delivery of our Signature Program, including all online, in person events and touch points throughout the year in line with the annual program calendar.
- Own the end-to-end management of all in-person touchpoints as part of the Signature Program, including the mentor meet and greet, kick off day, STEM day, Pitch Night and Graduation event.
- Embrace the opportunity to guide, support, cheerlead and mentor our Signature Program participants as their consistent point of contact throughout the program through varying interactions with them, including; in person, online group calls, email communication, community and FFL messenger channel etc.
- Work with our program support partners to ensure deliverables are met for both the program marketing and social media obligations, including social media posting, website updates etc, and financial operational requirements.

The ideal person for this engagement will be:
- Experienced in project or program management, event coordination, or facilitation.
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused.
- Comfortable juggling multiple moving pieces and stakeholders.
- Passionate about empowering young women and making a real impact.
Requirements:
- ABN, driver’s license, Working with Children Check, and appropriate insurance.
- Availability for 2026 in-person events in Perth: 3rd March, 18th March, 15th May, 18th June, 4th September.
- 2026 online events (1-2 hours): 23rd March, 29th April, 7th May, 8th June, 1st July, 27th July, 11th August, 26th August.
