Our Mentor Meet & Greet brought together our 2025 Program Mentors for an afternoon of connection, to set the stage for an impactful year ahead.

We heard from our new General Manager – Program & Impact, Ali O’Connor, about our mission for 2025 and beyond, and co-founders Claire Seeber and Karen Dennett about the mentoring experience.

IGO Ltd Head of People and Culture, Sam Retallack, shared insights into the company’s progress towards workplace gender equity, celebrating a senior leadership team that is 50% female. Sam highlighted the importance of IGO’s ongoing support as a Future Female Leaders Visionary Investor, recognising our program’s role in strengthening their future talent pipeline. Sam also reminded us that sharing experiences and showcasing achievements is key to inspiring young girls and demonstrating what’s possible for their future.
